I offer counseling in Long Beach and online for adults facing work and career stress, with a place to step back, sort through what’s happening, and find a healthier way forward.

Whether you’re grieving someone important, adjusting to a major life change, or facing circumstances you never expected, counseling can offer a place to process what you’re experiencing, find support through difficult changes, and begin to rediscover hope.
